Kriya Workshop 2024, date to be announced

This Kriya workshop will focus on cleansing and stimulating the body through various postures and breath work. The Kriyas were taught by the late Dr B.P. Pillai and they are said to help improve immune function. You will need to have been doing yoga for a few years, have a regular home practice and be comfortable with breath work.

Please wear comfortable clothing and warm layers on cooler days. It is best to practise on an empty stomach so please allow two hours in order to digest a meal.
